By filling out and submitting this form you will be exchanging your email and postal address with a stranger. Additionally, you may be violating an agreement you signed when you recieved your card which may invalidate your card and carry other consequeces.

It's also worth noting that many stores verify the names on cards when accepting personal checks. Please realize that by exchanging cards you may have to choose between checks and card use.
